Volume migration fails with 'iscsiadm: No session found.' on current devstack

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy devstack controller with mostly default config: http://paste.openstack.org/show/152746/
2. Deploy devstack compute/volume node with mostly default config: http://paste.openstack.org/show/152747/
3. $ cinder create --name vol1 1
4. $ cinder migrate vol1 somehost@lvmdriver-1#lvm-driver
replace somehost with host this volume _hasn't_ been provisioned to

Expected result:
Migration starts

Actual result:
Migration fails with this error on target node: http://paste.openstack.org/show/152748/

Hi Yuriy, Jay,

I tried volume migration using latest master with LVM driver(tgtadm), and I succeeded volume migration

Here is a log and configuration of my test result.
