gpfs driver volume attribute settings missing in create_cloned_volume, create_volume_from_snapshot

The existing gpfs driver lacks setting of volume attributes (setting of storage pool, replicas, dio, write affinity etc ) in case of volume creation triggered using snapshot, clone.

As a result of this, volume created out of snapshot or from other volume are not adhering with the metadata properities defined to that volume.
