Bug Description

The Ceph RBD driver currently does image conversion in directories specified by volume_tmp_dir or /tmp/. This driver should use image_conversion_dir, similar to other drivers.

    RBD: use image_conversion_dir for image operations

    This patch deprecates the rbd-only 'volume_tmp_dir' from the rbd driver
    in favor of image_conversion_dir for image operations.
