Bug Description

Number of failures being seen in the HP Lefthand 3'rd party tests. One of which is delete snapshot here:

This was a reported a while ago, so logs are no longer available. Seems to be working stable now. I think we can close it. Might have been part of the 400 Bad request issue we were having. Bug #1427833
