ubuntu packages cinder/havana doesn't work with glance v2

Bug Description

In a deployment based on packages in http://ubuntu-cloud.archive.canonical.com, cinder/havana will error out trying to "create a volume based on a glance image" for glance v2. This is a python-warlock error and can probably be solved by upgrading to the python-warlock_1.1.0-0ubuntu2~cloud0_all.deb package in the icehouse repo.

A possible fix would be to back port the package python-warlock_1.1.0-0ubuntu2~cloud0_all.deb into the havana repo.
