gpfs volume driver - file permission changes cause file access error

Bug #1286924 reported by Bill Owen on 2014-03-02

Bug Description

Recently merged changes to gpfs volume file permissions cause the backup and restore operations to fail with a permission error.

Also, the typo of file clone passed to the backup service needs to be modified to a clone copy so that TSM backup driver can create a hard link to the backup name.

gpfs volume driver backup file access fixes

Changes to volume file permission settings require a temporary
chown to the file being backed up.

Also, use gpfs file clone copy mechanism to create a consistent
file copy so that the TSM backup service can create a hard link
    to the clone file.
