Bug Description
It takes long time in updating backend status in hp_lefthand
Because in checking backend status, "getclusterinfo cliq" is checked to find and list up all the volumes.
So cinder volume service active after 10minutes due to check updating backend status.
So i will changed
getclusterinfo -> getclusterinfo searchdepth=1
