Bug Description

cinder/testing/README.rst has not been updated since it was copied over from Nova when Cinder was forked. It either needs updating and populating or removing altogether since it is inaccurate, sparse and has been somewhat superseded by http://docs.openstack.org/developer/cinder/devref/unit_tests.html.

Also, either the README or the above doc page should document that we now expect all new (and hopefully at some point old) unit tests to be written in python-mock (since we are deprecating usage of mox).
