gluster snapshots delete and detach of volume stuck in deleteing/detaching

we had an outage and the gluster share I am using had to be restarted after the outage.
since I did not know that I sent detach of a volume.
once I restarted the share in gluster, the detach was stuck until I terminated the instance

I also have a volume stuck in creating (different bug).

to reproduce:

configure cinder to work with gluster
boot instance from volume created from an image
hard shut down the gluster server
send detach to volume attached to an instance
start gluster
restart gluster lun and cinder-volume service

results:

detach is stuck until we terminate the instance

Your bugs seem to indicate that maybe Cinder didn't come up properly? Can you please submit logs?
