Iscsi direct drivers fail in c-bak when the volume is created after cinder backup service. Its because the way c-bak is designed to work as it spawns cinder drivers in c-bak separately than c-vol. The situation is also mentioned in the filed bug 1228223. NetApp drivers need to check for existence of volume in backend if not found in cache to get supported with c-bak.
