Cleanup (mainly for) Target/initiator pairing scheme for HUS array

Code refactor for:

1. Target/Initiator pairs for HUS array are handled more efficiently.

2. hus_cmd utility is renamed as hus-cmd, just to align with the naming scheme of openStack. Also, its options are also renamed with 'dash' instead of 'underscore', aligning it with openStack scheme.

3. Add a version string (for future HDS usage).

4. Self tests are accordingly modified for changes in #1 & #2 above.
