Wrong debug parameters in test_client

Bug Description
1. I was testing some hash_ changes using test_client.py. Hash is only used on login, so I wanted to see if I could still login. I could.
2. using test_client.py in examples the client started up after putting in all the parameters.
3. I saw this on startup:

*** Invalid or oldformat debug param given: always
*** please correct your param, should be of [] type!
*** Due to this, full debuging is enabled
DEBUG:
DEBUG: Debug created for /home/andrew/
DEBUG: flags defined: always
DEBUG: stream init called
DEBUG: client connect called to jabber.com 5222 type 1
DEBUG: Jabber server connected
Turn the debug options into command line flags.
