Bug Description
The brand of our app is not yet implemented. Without a cohesive brand, users won't return to the site.
We should implement some common look and feel guides to theme the site overall.
A logo should also be incorporated.
This wasn't filed as a blueprint/user story because it doesn't involve concrete actions or testing.
