Bug Description
When looking at the local report (submission.xml file), it contains multiple results for the same test cases when the previous and next buttons were clicked during checkbox execution.

This only happens if you get as far as the submission screen and then go back. It seems to append to the submission.xml instead of replacing any results that changed.
