usb/detect test pass unable to initialize libusb: -99
usb/storage-
This was on a VM system with no usb subsystem. usb/detect should have failed and caused the preinserted test to be skipped, but instead it passed and the subsequent test also failed

fixed the command for lsusb which didn't use pipefail to properly return a failing exit code.
