Test window for Key Tests will not pop-up

Affected Test case:
keys/super
keys/battery-info
keys/media-control
keys/mute

After pressing the "Test" button, the small window for key test will not pop-up.

It will stuck at "Running keys/JOB_NAME..." until timed out or ESC key was pressed.

But if the corresponding key was pressed, it will stop running and select "Yes" automatically just like before.

I suspect it is something to do with the new security policy,
the test window will pop-up if the test script was manually executed with sudo.

This looks like a duplicate of 1197247. The affected component is different but the root cause (inability to start GUI programs/script as root) looks the same. I'll set as duplicate but if after fixing the other one this problem still happens, please de-duplicate and mark as New again.
