Bug Description

Environment: Panda board ES rev b1
Image: 12.04 preinstalled omap4 desktop image
checkbox version: trunk (bzr rev 1676)

Summary:
graphics/driver_version test fails on armhf. Fails with the following error:
pcilib: Cannot open /proc/bus/pci lspci: Cannot find any working access method. ERROR: No video driver loaded! Possibly in failsafe mode!

Looks like a lack of lspci on arm is the problem

Indeed, something that doesn't depend on PCI will have to be implemented
