test selection UI doesn't scroll when the keyboard is used to move up and down through tests

On the test selection page, if you're using the keyboard to move up and down through tests (as I sometimes do when the cursor acts wonky in my VM), the UI doesn't scroll with the cursor move. I've only tried this in a VM and so someone should validate on real H/W. In the not super helpful screenshot attached below, I've moved down so that a test is selected but is off the bottom of the view.

Cannot repro in the qt version.

Marking this as low... in reality the gtk interface most likely will be going away and users should be using the Qt interface now anyway.

I'll leave this open for now in case we do end up keeping the GTK UI for another round, but it's fairly low priority as Cert and the default Checkbox UI are both based on the Qt UI now.
