Bug Description

At the moment the top header area in Checkbox sticks out quite a lot because it is not aware of the exact colour used by the theme which the user has selected. This becomes particularly apparent when the user switches for example to the 'Radiance' theme (which is white) and the header stays the same dark grey as it was before. The header should be able to change colour according to the theme selected.

Instead of finding a good balance between radiance/ambiance themes, dark/light, I've set a transparent background to a couple of widgets that compose the hearder area.
The bug seems to be solved but .... we miss some separators to keep the whole content "organized".
As a side note switching to High contrast Inverse clear the test selection job names when I switch back to Ambiance. Another bug ?
