Resume session page should have some explanation text

Bug Description
When you resume a session the only thing you get is:
"Resume session"
and three action buttons
There is a lot of blank space that should be used to explain what happened and what is resuming a session.
The same text that we currently have in checkbox-gui should work:
Checkbox did not finish completely.
Do you want to rerun last test, continue to the next test, or restart from the beginning?
