Bug Description
Binary package hint: hwtest
checkbox should include a test for integrated modems. Modems, no matter how "outdated" this technology is, it should not be forgotten or left behind. If a modem is included on a computer it should be seen as a required criteria for certification. If an integrated modem is detected, the user should be presented with a way to test the modem functionality. Ask the user to connect to a phone line, and test for a dial tone. If the test fails it would be helpful to automate the scanmodem [1] script, analyze its output and suggest a resolution [2] based on previous test profiles with confirmed resolutions. Test results should be aggregated in a compatibility list.

This won't be addressed in hwtest, but will be addressed in checkbox in the future.
