Transporter skipped due to problem with quotes

I ran a network test using the current daily build of checkbox from the dev PPA, and at the end of testing, I got this "Transport skipped due to exporter error" message.

Because of this message, the tarball was not created, and I can't even manually submit the results to C3.

I believe this may be related to the fix for this bug:

Turns out to be a version issue, the right one with the fix is 0.53.0+git202204060855+pkg151~ubuntu22.04.1. Anything older than that will continue to fail submitting tarballs to C3.
