Bug Description
Problem description:
Can I go back to the top level test plan?
So far the workaround is to press "Ctrl+C" and re-run checkbox-cli again.
However, it will create a session ID which I don't need anymore in the system.
Expected result:
User can have a chance to go back to the top level test plan.
