Bug Description
During the info session we noticed that the plainbox dev list command is not documented on the website or in the man pages.
In particular the dev list command is useful to discover job definitions and other objects plainbox knows about (whitelitst, commands, etc)

I think this problem is more serious in checkbox-ng where we have no man pages at all. PlainBox has two man pages but could certainly use more (one for each command that we have)
