Have a command line parameter to directly "restart, rerun, continue" test

Currently, Checkbox need user input to decide if tester want "re-start, re-run, or continue" testing.
I would like a command line parameter to skip that message box.
This will increase test efficiency.

This shouldn't be hard to implement, however I'm a bit sceptical about the difference between clicking a button and typing, e.g. --restart at the command line. I'm putting the Importance as Low for now. It's certainly something we can include in future UIs, but as to whether it needs to be a bug fix, I'm not so sure.

I'm reassigning this to checkbox-ng but I'd like to know if anyone wants to see this in checkbox-gui as well.

Please, when fixing this bug, take care of testing your fix with user-interact jobs as well, to avoid regressing here. Before this was added, on user-interact jobs, checkbox-cli didn't wait on the user to perform the action (i.e. it said "You have 20 seconds to enter a USB key", without allowing you to type "Enter" before those 20 seconds start to run)
