Bug Description

When copying jobs from /usr/share/checkbox to a branch, the filename directory has to be changed to be able to edit the pasted jobs. Usually this means, just changing the directory where the file is stored to make sure that now it's under the jobs directory in the branch. However, this also entails changing the file extension from '.txt' to '.txt.in'. Otherwise, the tests won't be correctly installed when the package is generated.
