Depends on transitional packages pyotherside, qtdeclarative5-test-plugin and qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-ui-toolkit-plugin

The checkbox-converged package depends on the transitional packages pyotherside, qtdeclarative5-test-plugin and qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-ui-toolkit-plugin.

These are now called qml-module-io-thp-pyotherside, qml-module-qttest and qml-module-ubuntu-components.

I uploaded a fix to zesty as 1.2.4-0ubuntu2. I'm not sure the correct way to propose this upstream (everything seems to have been renamed / migrated around).

And pyotherside dependency fixed in 1.2.4-0ubuntu3.
