This bug manifests on trusty only (and possibly utopic), as qtdeclarative5- ubuntu- web-plugin package is not available for those releases.
./checkbox- touch/component s/WebViewer. qml requires that plugin to be present.
Possible solutions are:
1) Use UbuntuWebView from Components. Extras. Browser
2) Catch the problem and inform the user that viewing report directly from the application is not available on their system
3) Detect whether the package is available (simple heuristic would be to check OS release) and not show 'View report' button.
