Release instructions produce ??? in recent changelogs for lp:checkbox-certification

I think this isn't a problem with docs/scripts, rather the tags on the checkbox-certification branch got messed up - so i'll move the bug there for now but if there's anything that need to be done to the docs I can create a task for checkbox as well

Well there's a little thing wrong in the docs: where we try to get the current_stable tag it refers to checkbox-old/debian/changelog, which wouldn't exist in checkbox-certification. However running this generates errors about that path not existing, so if someone is running this manually then I would really hope they'd notice that and correct. Regardless the docs should be fixed.

That's not the problem. When running that part of the "script" I changed
the invocation to use correct paths. There's something else at play here.

I'll set these to incomplete so they auto-expire if we forget about them. The release process is in the process (heh) of being redefined, so this bug may become invalid at that point.
