VSM charm not listed in charmworld

The VSM charm was promulgated friday evening.

Its listed in charm-store but not charmworld. The impacted branch:

Could someone take a look and let me know what went south so I know for future reference not to do that?

I had webops pull the app and app-exception logs for friday on. There's no reference to this charm in the logs at all.

I attempted to publish this charm last night under my own name space. It did publish to the store, but charmworld did not ingest it. I did verify the ingest process is running and the queue gets emptied. So charmworld secretly does not like this charm for some unknown reason. Will investigate.
