Proof list in review-queue does not get updated

I've committed and pushed a fix for appflower charm to resolve linting errors. This page confirms there are no more lint/proofing errors: http://manage.jujucharms.com/charms/precise/appflower#proof However, it still remains in the list http://manage.jujucharms.com/tools/review-queue

I'd need to confirm but I think we'll only want to see limiting errors for promulgated charms. We can't fix lint errors in personal branches

I want to make sure that this only effects the review queue and that the proof-errors page still holds unpromulgated charms as well.

The proof-erros page never listed user charm (unpromulgated) errors:

Most user charms have errors. That is many hundreds. There is no action for us to take because we don't own the charms. Listing someone else's problem is just producing facts that no one can use.I think the aforementioned page should go away because every charm listed on it is also listed in the review-queue.

The charm page does show error when they exist. Authors can see that. There is some difficulty finding all the charms a user owns because charmworld uses the wrong links in the user listings (known bug).
