charm views do not respect the revision given

Bug Description

http://127.0.0.1:6789/charms/precise/juju-gui-76/json does not respect the -76 revision even though the route expects it to.

Any route using the model.find_charm is hard coded to find the latest revision and not the one specified by the request.

This looks like it's a URL for the old json API; is this path actually used somewhere? I believe the goal is to deprecate and remove the old JSON API as soon as possible.
