Bug Description
Staging does not have any data that is created by people or non-critical processes. Test data for example is not present on staging which makes QA of pages that display data difficult. It would be nice to automatically copy data like testing/reviews to staging.

This might be doable when the mongodb charm can install/upgrade from a dump.
