Tomcat charm will fail to deploy until monday due to maintenance on archive.apache.org

The archive has been put in emergency maintenance mode for the weekend
due to a relocation, as evident by the message you see on the archive
web site. This is necessary in order to maintain the service in the
future. We appreciate the gravity of the situation, and expect the
service to be operational again on Monday.

We would also appreciate it if people could take the opportunity to find
ways of using Apache products without relying too much on our archive to
send out petabytes of data that could be obtained elsewhere.

The archive primarily exists as a historical archive of our software,
not a primary source of downloads. It is our hope that if such
workarounds were implemented, we would not have to resort to emergency
situations like this in the future.

We will be adding measures to ensure the service does not get abused,
and will be notifying on this mailing list when we have any updates
pertaining to the archives.
