Bug Description
why is this on port 3000? common usage for a web app would be port 80. if its nesc then, even better would be configurable with a default of 80

I will discuss this with the upstream author to see what he thinks and if he is ok with the change I will submit a patch upstream and make the necessary changes to the charm.
