Bug Description
Charms using this subordinate cannot fully support trusty as the storage subordinate charm has not been pushed to a trusty branch.

Lack of 'storage' and 'block-
The only work around is to not use the charm store, making a copy of the precise branch into a local repository and deploying from there.
