Bug Description

These are the tests i plan to implement:

Test examples:
* Add squid config to simplehttpserver and test
* test nagios
* squid and apache

Test configs:
* change squid listening port
* set port_options
* enable https
* set via and test
* x_balancer_name_allowed with apache charm
* configure snmp and test
* set refresh_patterns and test
* multiple services
* forward Proxying

Since HTTPS isn't legally possible in the distributed package of Ubuntu, support for it should not be required for tests to pass.

This is a side-effect of licence management choices on the part of the squid project.

It is proposed, as it is one of the configs provided by the charm.
My tests (as per my assignments) are only implemented to test functionality
that is already there, so as per the tests, i believe the licensing part is
not relevant.
