Bug Description
10_deploy_test.py seems a bit weird:
Is there a reason that this trusty charm is testing a precise deployment?
This is failing automated testing because there is no promulgated postgresql charm for precise:

There *is* a precise postgresql charm, it's just not promulgated, hence it can't be found by the test:
https:/
Any reason not to move the test series up to trusty?
