Bug Description
I've opened an rsyslog bug [1] to make the 'port' value configurable (vs hard coding 514). It would be nice if this charm could test for port and protocol values on the syslog relation and use those in the relevant templates, e.g.:
If the values aren't present, fall back to the defaults of 514/udp. Any downside to this?
