redis-slave does not successfully deploy

Bug Description
I am doing some charm testing and found a failure with redis-slave the install hook exits with a status of 1
2014-08-21 19:38:46 INFO install + '[' -x /usr/bin/open-port ']'
2014-08-21 19:38:46 ERROR juju.worker.uniter uniter.go:486 hook failed: exit status 1
The open-port command is not located in /usr/bin/ it can be found /var/lib/
But I think the solution would be just calling open-port as that should be provided by the juju environment.
