Bug Description
The README specifies that I should createa a "sample-app.yml" with the following contents:
sample-app:
repo: https:/
Then, it goes on to use the name "myapp" for the name of the service, rather than "sample-app". This leads to an error:
ERROR no settings found for "myapp"
Either the sample-app.yml should be changed to refer to "myapp" or the documentation should refer to "sample-app" everywhere.
