README instructions for running rake tasks lead to error

Bug Description
Documentation specifies that I should run the following command:
juju ssh sample-app/0 run rake db:migrate
That leads to the following error:
bash: run: command not found
In addition to run not being found, rake is not a valid command either. I am too new to juju and Charms to understand where the exact issue is. Any help would be appreciated.

i encounter the same error will my deployment
