Bug Description
Some deployments will not want to dedicate servers for data forwarding nodes, smooshing gateways onto the same infrastructure as compute nodes.
Currently this is not supported as compute and gateway will conflict on both /etc/nova /etc/neutron and general daemon management.
This would be a nice feature to have.

Marking 'Won't Fix' - it users really want todo this, then its possible with Juju 2.0 + LXD to place the neutron-gateway units into LXD containers on the compute nodes.
Still not recommended but possible.
