Bug Description
A client can set the 'roles' attribute on the relation to have the PostgreSQL charm grant roles to the generated user.
This feature is not documented.
This feature is not tested.
This feature probably doesn't work with a replicated PostgreSQL service, as slave units will attempt to grant roles and fail.
