Actually the charm already uses innodb_buffer_pool_size in its configuration and the mysql charmhelper deals with preferring the innodb-buffer-pool-size configuration option over dataset-size.

We really need to release note this and schedule the configuration option for removal in +6 months (suggest 17.04).
