Bug Description
Currenlty there is no way to enable binglos on percona-cluster units, except manually. While percona-cluster doesn't need binlogs for proper operation one could use binlogs to create backups and then utilize 'point in time recovery'.
An option to create binlogs with basic configuration should be provided.
