Email functionality missing

Bug Description

After installing the latest edition of the Owncloud charm, none of the email features were functional. (Sharing, notifications, etc)

It would be nice if email functionality were supported, either via third party API like mandrill, mailgun or to provide a self hosted email solution using sendmail or postfix.

As a workaround, this should help anyone with this issue:
juju ssh owncloud/0 sudo dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config

Select internet site and leave the rest at their defaults.

This is a good stop-gap fix. I think a better solution would be to do the following:

Offer a configuration option that installs an MTA on the host, or alternatively allows us to consume third party services like mandrill, mailgun, sendgrid - as they all offer a large block of emails for free which are perfect for situations like self hosted apps. 1200 emails are more than enough to notify me of lost passwords - and dont require me to warehouse any kind of MTA on my file storage server which reduces the overall attack surface for anyone attempting to hijack my server.

Just food for thought on the bug, and considerations for moving forward with implementing a fix.
