Bug Description
As reported by user routergod in the juju discourse [0], the OpenStack Dashboard is inconsistent with other OpenStack charms for configuring the use of internal endpoints. The OpenStack Dashboard charm uses the option of 'endpoint-type' and expects a user to provide publicURL, internalURL, or adminURL (or a combination).
