Bug Description
Due to the the highly specialized nature of the OpenManage charm - requiring Dell poweredge hardware in order to function - and we currently do not have dell poweredge hardware in our CI infra - this is going to consistently report failures.
We need a path forward to address this testing limitation, even if that is a probe of the environment and skipping the test if its not being installed on the proper hardware and reported as an amulet.skip
