Bug Description
I'll be implementing tests to ensure nagios charm works as expected:
* Initial deploy with mysql and mediawiki (as shown in the README), Check if nagios is up and monitoring both services.
* Install NRPE subordinate on mysql and mediawiki, and verify that more info is available.
* Test different SSL configs
* Test Monitors Interface, using any existing charm that implements it
* Test extraconfig options
